These workshops allow young people an insight into Thai Boxing and how to treat it with respect as form of self defence and not as an aggressive tool.
The workshops are designed to build towards a comprehensive understanding of respect for themselves and respect for others.Confidence is gained for all students who take part in the activities.
The sessions are delivered once a week over 4,8,12 weeks.
These can take place at your own venue or at our fully equiped gym in Salford.Taster sessions are available to evaluate if the activity will be useful for your group.
There are 3 levels to be obtained and a certificate is given to all students you complete each level.
